IGLILY Solutions Private Limited was founded in 2005 as a division of Global Computer Products, GCP-INC; head quartered in USA helping its existing client base to locate and place relevant manpower in INDIA and USA. GCP-INC was originally conceived as a consultant organization in the business of marketing research and training what had started as a one man team has grown manifold and from there the journey has taken IGLILY Solutions Pvt.Ltd to evolve from what was a mere support function to what is now a full-fledged staffing consultancy with multi-functional, multi industry expertise. Today we cater to turnkey solutions for companies in various domains like IT, insurance, telecom, banks and the financial sector. IGLILY Solutions Pvt.Ltd now caters to the needs of more than 250 organizations across the country.

The evolution of IGLILY Solutions from a division of a partnership to that of a private limited company is a conscious decision on the part of management to expand and at the same time professionalize our functions. There are already plans to expand our Indian operations by mid 2007 itself. Currently we have a team based at one branch in Hyderabad. Our expansion operations are scheduled to begin soon. Over a short period of time, we have built longstanding relationships with our clients, with our consistent performance.

In the two years that we have started operations we have quickly adapted ourselves to a rapidly changing environment. We are dealing with a time when industries see themselves rise and fall within months.   • Arrange Interview

  • Send more profiles according to specification

STAGE – 3 

  • Arrange final interview
  • Candidate selected
  • Do refer check of the candidate (whether the client wants it or not)

STAGE – 4 

  • Candidate joins
  • Billing is done & is sent to the client
